How we work
All of our photographers work independently through out the wedding, each of us seeing the day unfold through our own eye's. My nature is to look for the dramatic art shots whilst Beccy naturally searches out those delicate moments found easier through the eyes of a woman. Jeff being a graphic designer will look at a wedding with more of a design element in mind.
Being at the right place at the right time in order to photograph 'moments' without our clients or guests realizing it is all part of the art.
In the early stages of the day we will generally find ourselves with the Bride, her parents and the bridal party.
Following the formal ceremony, whilst alI of the groups are orchestrated, a second photographer would discreetly move amongst the guests capturing genuine emotions of the day; the bride receiving hugs and kisses from her friends, bridesmaids throwing confetti at each other, the bride's mother wiping a tear from her eye. These are the images that define Shakespeare photography. The ability to capture the right shot at the right time turns these all-to-fleeting moments into everlasting memories.
'Capturing genuine emotion on camera is a very difficult, yet ultimately rewarding experience. We are always deeply honored to be asked to photograph the most important day of peoples lives'. We feel as much a part of the wedding as the guests.
During the editing stages our support staff makes sure to re touch every female in every photograph so there are never any fears of rashes around your neck should you decide to go for an off the shoulder dress or a rogue pimple showing up on the day of the wedding.
